Hi,
Talentty.com is already one week old. Apologies for a delayed messaging on Blog as we had quite a bit of task to handle ..
Just one week, we have dozens of employer posting jobs and being the first ones to believe we are offering something different. Thank you, we have long miles to go. I must admit, the online recruitment industry is hugely populated with many sites trying to do the ’same thing’. At Talentty.com, we have tried to be slightly different in offering following unique features
1. Specialized JobBoard
What it is : There are hugely popular job sites in India having million of jobs, they make perfect sense for big corporates to invest huge sum of money to put their job on main page but how about that small to medium range company who can’t always afford to do that, how can they list their jobs so that it “always shows up” having an unique place rather than getting crowded in bigger ocean.
That’s where we believe Talentty.com’s Specialized JobBoard like Software.talentty.com, php.talentty.com or bpo.talentty.com, etc makes our employers to list job prominently and target the audience.
Also from the professional (job seeker, we call them professional …job seeker is so old fashioned) point of view, if I specialize in Software Development, why do I need to spend hours in digging the software jobs among million on unrelated, aggregated industry jobs??
We would love to hear if our approach really going to benefit ? We are ready to hear your comments, we believe without that we can’t grow.
2. Matching Engine :-
Every day 1000’s of jobs are getting posted and million of professional looking for a career change.
HR professionals have better things todo rather than spending 80% time in filtering & hiring.
Professional have a busy career and reputations to manage while he/she is looking for a change. So absolutely it doesn’t make sense for them to spend hours in office time or personal time to filter million jobs.
So we thought why not we use the new technology, content matching, aspiration-requirement matching between professional and employer via our Matching Engine and reduce the effort required to filter.
Matching Engine is in BETA stage but we intend to offer path-breaking solutions to our community.
Do you have any insight on what is being overlooked in industry? We will love to hear.
3. Anonymous Profile/Private Profile
At Talentty.com, Professional’s profile is 100% private. Yes, in the age of Social network, does it makes sense?? We believe it makes sense because profession and personal life are 2 different things and we all are opening up to new world. There may be a day when all this will merge to one. For now, we see million of professionals prefer to stay “hidden/passive”. They have a better job, better life and better things todo, so they are not interested to be listed on a career portal/job site.
Therefore we thought, we must hear them. Using this Private profile and our matching Engine, such Potential passive professionals will get more direct info and take decision when it matters to them.
4. Startup Friendly
We eat, drink and live with Statups. Our team has worked with statrups in the past and we believe they are the best gift to a society, nation and individual. We at talentty.com, have a spcialized JobBoard : http://startup.talentty.com/
We are also going to offer Startup companies to post their job in Startup JobBoard FREE, always.
Also we believe being new entrant to market, we will hear you 200%. We are offering FREE service so it doesn’t add to your cost. Also we have an existing community of 1000’s daily subscribers from our sister concern JobMilan.
You are most welcome. We are here to bring innovation and we are determined. It will only make more sense when you let us know, correct us, comment us and may be just say “Hi”
Thanks,
Santosh

Santosh from Talentty-> Thanks Gautam. Talentty being an entrant and when the indian online recruitment industry market is over crowded and having 3 Big brothers

Regarding the design and combination, its look fantastic except few one thing. i.e.
1. The green color used in work area, can you match the green color with the color in the logo, currently its too fluorescent, which is disturbing to eyes.
2. Some where i have found ” ” this in the text, for example (check in mozilla)
http://www.talentty.com/talentboard/
TalentBoard Showcase
Bullet number 2. between “services classifieds”,
Solution :- This come’s due to extra space in two words, if the developer remove that extra space, this well get solved.
If I find any more thing i well let kyou know,
I am telling you this just because to make this website perfect. so please don’t mind it.
Regards
Parvez
